Ingredients
• 1 tsp LYNQ Empowdered
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup chopped spinach
• 1/2 cup chopped tomato
• A few black olives, unpitted & chopped
• A touch of feta cheese
• 2-3 hot peppers
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients and cook in frying pan on medium heat, flip, & cook other side.
Plate, cool, & enjoy!
